TARGET + TED 2013

 

To engage with the minds of TEDsters at TED2013, we created “A Mind for Design” themed social space and lounge area celebrating The Young, The Wise and The Undiscovered (the year’s theme). It featured a reactive environment that changed color as guests engage in the space and brainwave-inspired seating. The space boasted a live Twitter feed that streams real-time tweets from TED attendees, so visitors won’t miss out on anything in between Talks.

The mind is a powerful thing—and must be flexed to keep growing and expanding.

Target put design sensibility into action to create an enhanced experience for every attendee.
 
 
 
Guest used the EEG monitors to track their brain activity in response to different kinds of stimuli to determine what type of TED group they belonged to.
